Apply to be a Vendor

The Crow River Market showcases small businesses of all kinds including services, farms, and crafts every Saturday morning. Do you want your products or services at the market? We'd love to for you to join us! We are now taking applications for Summer of 2026 and pop up Winter Markets. We use an online system to register and pay fees. Options for booths include Saturdays when you can make it or for the entire season. We will open up booth selection starting in January. Fees for 2026 Summer Season will be similar to 2025 which are below. Final rates will be out in January.

• One Saturday at a time, weeks do not need to be consecutive: $30 per market.

• One month at time, consecutive weeks, e.g. June: $25 per market

• Entire 18-week season: $20 per market. If you plan to show more than 12 times, then this is the best financial option. Payment is due up front.

All booth spaces are 10x10. If you prefer a larger space, additional booths may be reserved, which will incur the additional booth cost.
